Artist Paddy
Killer has
an international reputation for her work, she exhibits widely
and is included
in many public & private collections worldwide. She is originally
from Halifax, West Yorkshire.

After graduating from Birmingham
Polytechnic, Paddy worked as embroidery designer
with Belleville Sassoon in
London & Marie-Paule in
Montreal. In late 1973 she set up her studio in Canada,
returning to the UK in 1981. She has
been a member of
the 62
Group since
1985.
In
2003 Paddy was awarded a Cultural Business Venture grant
by Arts Council England & One North East to develop her business
& this website.
In 2006 her major 30 year retrospective, Drawn
Together,
was featured in the Knitting & Stitching
Shows at
the NEC, Alexandra Palace in London, the RDS in Dublin, & International
Halls Harrogate.
